Product/Service Donation Policy
Soul Geek Empowerment relies on the support of individuals and organizations willing to donate goods and services that align with our mission to bridge the gap between innovative companies and passionate fans.
Acceptable Donations: We accept both new and gently used products, as well as services that contribute to the enhancement of our community. Items should be in good, usable condition. Service donations may include things like consulting, event hosting, marketing, or other professional expertise.
Valuation of Non-Cash Donations: Product and service donations are recognized for their fair market value. We provide receipts for the donation, but we encourage donors to consult with a tax advisor for accurate valuation and tax benefits.
Shipping and Handling: Donors are responsible for any shipping costs associated with donated products unless otherwise agreed upon. If you’re offering services, we’ll work with you on how to best incorporate them into our initiatives.
